Last Sunday Academy Awards has become but a something to be remembered as the red carpet was folded back, the celebrities have gone home, as well as the glitz and allure of Hollywood’s night of nights.

Last week, we were honoring the accomplishments of those privileged enough for taking home Hollywood’s most desired winning prize, the Oscar.

However, a good deal has occurred ever since the Academy Awards released its very first figurines in the Blossom Area from the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel since the year 1929. Stories came and gone, movies generating fantastic bundle of money have passed from viewers, and a business so filled with assurance went from a chronological age of gold to a ticket booth determined by green.

There's no doubt that everyone is actually captivated by movie stars. I believe that there must be something within human character that desires to idolize. When it does not head to the Almighty, it flows to man.

We have been idolaters by character, and I think Hollywood truly creates idols from individuals. They may not be authentic like, for instance, the case of Paris Hilton. She creates a perception which transmits all of us into an awe-like situation.

All you have to do is switch the TV set on at any time, and you may find Hollywood this and that – people are curious about exactly what movie stars have on, the things they eat, whatever, they drink, and whenever one goes to jail it captivates the interest of the entire world. It’s ridiculous since it does not matter.
