I know weight loss is somewhat a tricky subject as a lot of people are not satisfied with their existing weight just like me.
However, most of us are not determined how to make some changes, especially in our lifestyle. Since there is no short cut or magic pill that will make you look like somebody's else, determination is the key and support from family to keep that new year's resolution going.
I am resolute about meeting my weight loss goal this year and in order to do that, I renewed my love-hate relationship in going to the gym and got myself a personal trainer, so I will be motivated to do the weight training.
I even invested in Asics sneakers to help me feel comfortable doing my jog routine in the treadmill. So far, I've been doing my exercise activity thrice a week with the help of my trainer as well as eating healthy foods.
The tough part is in fact, adhering to it, but I'm positive to make real changes with my lifestyle, so I could fit in with my favorites cropped denim jacket which I bought when we were in Vegas last Christmas.
I believe nothing is impossible to achieve your goal if you put extra effort and determination to it. So to track down my weight loss plan, I make sure to jot down my food intake in a journal, creating a food diary is significant to be able to evaluate my progress. Moreover, brainstorming all my targets in a piece of paper will keep me prompted for my long term goal.
Once I achieved my weight goal this year, I promised myself to give a reward like the Timex Ironman watch, so I will feel more motivated and continue to be driven in reaching my weight loss plan.
