Congratulations to Yankees for bagging the crown as the world series champion. In order to honor the Yankees team, there will be a merrymaking Ticker Tape parade this coming Friday in NY city.

Therefore, Friday will be a Yankee's day in NY where motorcade and parade will be held to give honor to the team for their 27th winnings.

The NY Yankee hammered down the Philadelphia Phillies while taking off the series of 4-2 lead during the 6th game of the World series.

The so-called ticker tape parade and motorcade will commence officially at 11:00 AM on Broadway at Battery Place and will proceed via the Canyon of Heroes in the city's financial district. The parade finishes at City Hall Plaza and NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg will accord the team the keys to the city.
