Kevin Skinner Wins ‘American’s Got Talent

Kevin Skinner was voted to be the winner of America’s Got Talent 2009. With $1 million prize and a Vegas show, he will not probably return as a chicken farmer.

Throughout the competition, Kevin was known for his innocence country singer, every song he sang was praised by all judges every time. His tear and humbleness along with his voice captured the heart of many Americans and finally declared victorious in NBC America’s Got Talent show.

There were 10 finalists in the finale while half of the finalists were dismissed leaving top 5 finalists during the end of the final show. Before the announcement of the winner, two people were left, Kevin Skinner and Barbara Padilla.

However, Susan Boyle, the second placer in Britain’s Got Talent 2009, highlighted the show and made her first TV singing debut in American TV. There were also other performers like Leona Lewis, Shakira, Rascal Flatts and etc..,
