The former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche is currently embroiled with the ternion sex tape video together with Eric Dane popularly known as McSteamy in the medical drama Grey's Anatomy and his wife Rebecca Gayheart, a TV and film actress known for her roles in Nip/Tuck, CSI: Miami and Vanished.

The said leaked video is showing the naked body of Kari Ann Peniche, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart frolicking around at Kari Ann's apartment while camera was rolling.

At one instance, Gayheart who apparently was holding the camera said she wanted to lie down because she's "so high." She then reclined beside Kari Ann Peniche who was naked while lounging comfortably on the bed while Dane roams around the place, possibly looking for his underpants.

The said sex video has showed up in an official probe into Peniche's so-called sex-for-hire business. Something fishy about this lady.
