Following the news about Jaycee Lee Dugard's kidnapping case, Phillip Garrido and his wife are being arrested for the abduction of then 11 year old kid in 1991 who recently emerged into a Northern California police station.

However, the frightening news about the kidnapper is that the Megan Law's database has shown its record for the 58 year old Phillip Garrido as a convicted rapist by force or fear.

Phillip Garrido maintains a blog entitled Voices Revealed where his last entry was posted on the 14th of August 2009 and even administered a so-called home church "God's Desire" where he advocates his raving doctrines.

Both suspects are booked in El Dorado County jail but Phillip Garrido is not eligible for bail because he is parolee while Nancy Garrido was being held for a $4.195 million bail.
