In my point of view, what's wrong with her casual look, you cannot wear a long gown or a business suit while you are vacationing, isnt it? That's why we call it a vacation, which means we are there to loosen up from the daily grinds of our life. Besides, she has a pretty pair of gam to bare , so I believe there's nothing wrong in wearing shorts no matter you are a First Lady or just a common citizen particularly while on vacation, period.
