Jaycee Lee Dugard press conference / Phillip Garrido / Jaycee Lee Dugard Found

Jaycee Lee Dugard press conference / Phillip Garrido / Jaycee Lee Dugard Found I could just imagine the nightmares of Jaycee Lee Dugard from the hands of her abductors. For those who haven't heard her story yet here is the recap, Jaycee Lee Dugard was been missing after she was seen walking to take a bus for school that happened 18 years ago. She was then 11 years old when she was taken away by her abductors and forced to be a sex slave to a Californian sex predator and his wife.

However after that incident, her stepfather who was the last person who saw her was the main suspect of her disappearance that even caused emotional tension and eventually destroyed his marriage to Jaycee's mom.

But a twisted event finally happened that helped solved Jaycee Dugard's kidnapping after a parole officer summoned a sex offender Phillip Garrido into the Concord parole office subsequently when police officers at UC Berkeley sighted Garrido accompanying 2 small children.

Garrido was accompanied by his wife, two children and one adult woman during an office visit last Wednesday. He was questioned about the identities of the 2 children and the other woman as the parole officer never seen them before when home visits were being made at Garrido's place.

After the persevering questions from the parole officer, Garrido finally cornered and revealed that he was the father of the 2 children and the unidentified woman was finally disclosed as Jaycee Lee Dugard.

Immediately, Phillip Garrido along with his wife were booked into El Dorado county jail for charges of kidnapping to commit rape and conspiracy to commit a crime.

This made me wonder how this sex predator slipped through the cracks, it is very inauspicious that sex offenders be rehabilitated and get paroled, they should be put away for life in prison. Apparently, they are a threat to society particularly to innocent children. However, if these scum bags get paroled, not one area of their homes should be left unsearched, especially the attics.

It clearly shows that once and for all, a convicted sex offender will surely find his victim and strike someone down if there is a chance.
