There's a fable that goes, all things in Texas are huge but these Tiny Texas Houses confute that kind of hearsay.
These undersized houses are generally about 200 square feet and made from salvaged lumber and building materials. A person or even a couple could live comfortably here as they are furnished with shower and toilet plus a loft for sleeping. Also the tiny houses are equipped with electricity and plumbing.

These houses are rather small than usual. If a couple can live comfortably then there's no trouble at all I guess. This will save on materials and ultimately cut back on costs as well. Thanks!
This is a interesting bulding concept, recycling old building materials for new builds.
