Spices of Life

Our 16 month old toddler who is very mobile right now is so driven to explore anything in his way. But mostly, we as parents are trying to give him more encouragement to explore further yet in a certain way that shields him from possible injury. So we made our home child safety by installing high quality baby proofing items.

It's really good to know that we were able to take off any potential dangerous spots that may not draw attention from our standpoint. And since our home has numerous furnishings, we put corner protectors to avoid our toddler getting injured from running around into sharp borders or edges.

Placing Baby Gates at the top and bottom of the stairs gave us a big sigh of relief knowing that he will not get harm if he wants to cruise the steps. We did install Cabinet Locks to each drawers, shelves and cupboard to ensure that his curious little finger cannot open it. However, making a point that all the safety basics are being covered as well as the emergency phone numbers posted nearby our phones, gave us a great deal peace of mind.

We may have our home entirely baby proofed, yet concentrating more on what our baby is doing plays important role. Regardless how much effort we put on it, we cannot guarantee to make our home 100% accident proof. To do that, it is essential that we always keep an eye with our baby and be attentive to his needs all the time.

I like to have one of these in case another angel will come. I think this is essential for every household who have small children.

I just installed one

Our little guy loves to crawl up the stairs and get into anything we don't have protected. We have protected most of the areas that he has access to.

I'm glad graduate na ako dyan--but I'm sure I'l be needing them pag nasundan si Haruka. ^_^

Tama ka Umma. Aside from installing this kind of thing, it's best to keep an eye to our little one, too.

Anyways, was here today pretty umma. Wishing you a safe trip. God bless!

That's really smart of you. My mom told me that, when I was a baby, I also like walking around and exploring. I get minor injuries because of that. Haha!

oo nga this is very important c: sakin naman nung time na ganyan si Josh ang worry ko is he loves to climb chairs, stairs gates and all hay!

sorry di nako nakakavisit dito nahawa kasi sakin si Josh :c but he's okay naman wla syado pain kasi may vaccine sya c:

Hello girl, how are you na? Miss you na , sana you are okay despite the other loss of your family member. I know you are strong.

You can only make his world as safe as you can, but they are bound to get hurt, so please do not blame yourself if this happens. Babies have to have a certain amount of bumps and bruises to initiate him into growing up.
