Most people are enjoying soda as much as they enjoy their very first cup of coffee. But nearly more individual don’t understand that soda is dreadful for the body and your entire health. There are substantial side effects of soda that will make you wish you never tried it before.

Being mentioned that, here are seven reasons why you need to get rid completely your soda addiction.

1. Soda is a habit-farming or addictive.
If you drink lots of soda, it's more beneficial to cut down your everyday intake till you wean yourself off. Bear in mind, the caffeine in soda is addictive and caffeine is a strong drug.

2. Soda causes dehydration.
Drinking soda will take you frequently in the bathroom because of diuretic properties from caffeine. Also, it will makes you thirstier because soda contains sodium. Some people tend to reach for a second glass of soda instead of water.

3. Soda has more calories.
One can of soda has at least 150-200 calories. Which means, you're drinking hundred of calories per day - that are entirely void of nutrition.

4. Soda causes bone weakening.
Since caffeine triggered more trips to the bathroom, our body finds it difficult to absorb the nutrients found in the food we consumed before being eliminated. The caffeine and phosphoric acids detected in soda will strip the calcium right out of your bones.

5. Soda is awful for your teeth.
Since the acid soda is unbelievably strong, they cause The acids found in soda re incredibly strong. They cause significant amount of decays, alter the PH level in your mouth and can ruin your enamel.

6. Soda is bad for your heart.
The very first thing a doctor will tell you when you are having a high blood pressure or heart disease is to remove salt from your diet. See the quantity of sodium from soda can lead to high blood pressure and other cardiac ailments.

7. Soda has artificial sweeteners.

Good thing I am not addicted to any kind of soda. Sometimes I drink soda specially at a party but if maiwasan iwas talaga ako hirap na magka diabetes.

Sodas are also very acidic. That is why I stay away from it. It may cause hyper acidity or ulcer, especially if you take sodas without eating any solid food before.
